Terms of Service
Last updated for the freelancer-operated phase. Replace with counsel-reviewed terms at incorporation.
1. Operator
Nestora Host is currently provided by an independent freelancer. When a company is registered, these terms may be assigned to that company with email notice. Service continuity is intended; legal identity will change.
2. Service
The only product is shared web hosting as described on the hosting page. Resource figures are maximums, not guarantees of dedicated hardware. Fair use applies to traffic, inodes, mail, and CPU.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal content, phishing, malware, unsolicited bulk email, mining, open proxies, or attacks on other systems. Adult content that is legal in the server jurisdiction may still be refused on shared nodes.
4. Content and backups
You own your content. You must keep an independent copy. Restores from our snapshots are best-effort within the retain window. We are not liable for data loss beyond a service credit for the affected month.
5. Billing and refunds
Accounts are prepaid. 14-day refund on the first shared-hosting term if we cannot deliver the published stack. Chargebacks without contact may close the account. Prices may change at renewal with 30 days notice.
6. Support
Support hours and scope are defined on the Support page. Application design, Elementor layout, and custom code are optional freelance work, not included hosting.
7. Suspension
We may suspend for non-payment, AUP breach, or node-threatening load after a warning when reasonably possible. Outage-causing abuse may be stopped immediately.
8. Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the current term. This is a small operator; uptime is a target, not an insurance policy.
9. Contact
Questions about these terms: use the Contact page. Do not send payment card data by email.
