Data we collect
Name, email, domain, plan choice, support tickets, billing records, and server logs needed to run hosting. We do not buy marketing lists.
Why we collect it
To provision accounts, invoice, secure the nodes, and reply to you. Logs are used for abuse handling and uptime diagnosis.
Processors
Datacenter, backup storage, email, and later payment providers. A list will be published when the company billing stack is live.
Retention
Account data lasts for the service term plus records required for tax. Backups follow plan retain windows. Closed accounts are removed from the node after a short grace period unless law requires otherwise.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of personal data we hold as the operator, except data we must keep for invoices or abuse evidence. Hosted site content is yours to export from the panel.

Transfer to the company
When Nestora incorporates, customer personal data needed to continue the service will move to the company under the same purposes. You will be notified.
